Wood Grilled Pizza Station Made on an open fire, on site, with an array of fresh organic toppings and imported Cheeses. Example: Three cheese Pizza with Concord Grapes or Goat cheese with an array of grilled Organic Vegetables, Fresh Tomatoes and Basil.

Wahoo Fish Tacos Made on soft tortillas with Marinated Grilled or Deep Fried Wahoo Fish, Shredded Cabbage, Tomatoes, Peppers, Onions and Jalapeños and our own fish Taco sauces.

Sushi Bar Delicious and unique Sushi, Sushi Rolls and  Sashimi,  prepared on site by  Danny O. our Master Sushi Chef.  Served with the appropriate accompaniment’s.

Asian Wok Station We can set up and prepare in Woks to cook on site, and serve specialty dishes in mini Chinese carryout containers with chop sticks.  Example: Fried Lobster Tails over Thai Noodles with spicy Black Bean Sauce or Almond Apricot Chicken and Tempura baby root Vegetables.

Carving Meats to order that you guests will love! Fire Grilled Brazilian Beef Skewers served with Black Beans, Farina and a Fresh Tomato side sauce, made with Limes and Cilantro. Grilled Marinated Tenderloins of Beef Served with Mini rolls and Horseradish Tarragon Aioli. Honey Glazed Ham. Roasted Turkey, Basted with Sweet Yams. Top or Steamship Rounds of Italian Beef. Southwest Smoked Briskets of Beef or Corned Beef with Boiled cabbage, Baby Potatoes and Miniature Carrots.

Sauté Away Station Signature Crab Cakes, Shrimp Scampi, Sea Scallops Coquille St Jacques, Veal Normandy with Apples and Glac de veau, Medallions of Veal or Chicken Picatta with Artichokes and Capers.

We can get real creative with this station!

Quesadillas Made with Fresh Vegetables, Cheeses, soft Flour Tortillas and Meats: Chicken or Fish.  Includes Specialty Salsas and Hot Sauces. This Station is really complimented with Southwest Style Seasoned Rice’s and our robust Guacamole Salad.

Fry Station Make friends with Coconut Shrimp and Apricot Dipping Sauce or Pommes Frittes made with Sweet Potatoes and Deep Fried Sea Scallops with Japanese Remoulade.
